Acronis – OT Backup & Recovery

ESFABRIK is expanding its OT security offering through a partnership with Acronis, bringing Acronis Cyber Protect for OT to industrial organisations across the Nordics to support the backup and recovery of production-critical systems.

A failed update, hardware fault or cyberattack can leave a production-critical computer unavailable. Preparing to restore its operating system, applications, settings and data helps reduce the work required to bring it back into service.

Acronis Cyber Protect for OT supports Windows- and Linux-based computers, including HMI and SCADA computers, engineering workstations and industrial servers. Its capabilities include full-system backup, support for legacy systems, recovery to compatible replacement hardware and local restoration without internet access.

With recovery configured and tested, authorised non-IT plant personnel can restore systems quickly with little training.
